These terms govern use of Craves Knows Antiques. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement with us and your use complies with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or plan links associated with your account.

Service Scope

The product provides antique identification, valuation guidance, and listing support. Outputs are informational and do not guarantee resale value, authenticity, or market demand.

User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including photos, notes, prompts, and listing inputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for verifying listing claims, provenance, condition, legal compliance, and final pricing before offering items for sale.

You must not use the service to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive content, to interfere with the product, to bypass access controls, or to reverse engineer the service except where such limits are prohibited by law.

Payments and Access

Some features require a paid plan, purchase, or valid access token. Plan details, usage limits, and pricing are described in the checkout flow, billing page, or offer presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees paid for an active billing period are non-refundable.

If recurring billing is offered for your plan, you may cancel future renewals using the billing method or support channel made available with your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund an active billing period unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Analysis results may be incomplete or incorrect. The service is not a substitute for independent appraisal, legal advice, or professional authentication.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also limit or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the product in a way that could harm us or other users.

Intellectual Property

The service, including our software, branding, site design, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, these terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craves Knows Antiques and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim arose or $100 USD.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
