Craves Knows Antiques — Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of any personal data associated with your use of the Craves Knows Antiques Antique Analyzer app.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to cravescrystals@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Data. Include any identifying information such as your email address, order number, or device ID so we can locate your records.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm by email when it is complete.

What We Delete

Upon request, we will delete any images you submitted for analysis, associated analysis results, plan access records linked to your account, and any stored usage or billing history tied to your identifier.

What We May Retain

We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregated usage statistics and records required for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention compliance for up to 90 days after the deletion request is processed.
